As a small, independently owned business we only accept exchanges & store credit. No refunds are given at this time. All exchanges must be approved and sent back within 14 days.
Please email email@example.com with exchange requests. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your exchange, we require the form below filled out and sent back with your package.
All International orders, sample sale items, and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but we will happily ship the exchange to you at no charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
