Exchange & Shipping Policy



Shipments are sent from Los Angeles, California. We get your orders out as quickly as possible. We ship Monday through Friday and orders typically ship within 3 business days. For items that are preorder or made to order, check product page for shipping info. 

Once your order ships, you will get an update in your inbox. 

Lykke Wullf is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider the security of your delivery address before placing your order. Once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible if it’s lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a shipping method that requires a signature if you have had issues with receiving items in the past. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

As a small, independently owned business we can only accept exchanges & offer store credit. We do not offer refunds at this time.  Items you wish to exchange must be sent back within 14 days. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed (and with their original tags and any specialty packaging intact if applicable). All International orders, sample sale items, and sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but we will happily ship the exchange to you at no charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
